Duke's Vineyard Single Vineyard Riesling is sourced from estate vines at Porongurup, grown on north facing slopes of lateritic loam.

The grapes are whole bunch pressed. Typically only the free run juice is used to retain the fruit's clean, pure flavours. Fermentation occurs in temperature controlled conditions until sugar dryness is reached.

Almost clear with hints of green, Duke's Vineyard Single Vineyard Riesling is a dry wine with crisp apple and lingering citrus flavours. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
